Prayer is the communication link between us and our loving heavenly Father.
Jesus’ disciples were so intrigued with His prayer life, their request was, “Lord teach us to pray.”  They were with Jesus when he prayed, and they knew that things happened when Jesus prayed. Prayer was Jesus’ lifestyle and prayer for the Christian should be a lifestyle. Prayer gets God’s attention! He comes in, dwells in, and sups with us when we pray, “And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you, Luke 11:9.”
